Booking conditions

• A 30% deposit secures your spot. Pay by card or by bank transfer at checkout.

• The retreat is confirmed as soon as we reach 5 participants, and by 15 April 2027 at the latest.

• The balance is due once the retreat is confirmed, and by 5 May 2027 at the latest. Bookings made after 15 April are paid in full.

• The deposit is non-refundable, except if the retreat does not go ahead: in that case we refund it in full.

• After the balance is paid, payments can’t be refunded, unless someone takes your place. In that case, we refund the balance.

• We recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.
